The Halloween parade starts at 2:15 tomorrow. Parents and family can meet us outside around the basketball court. The parade usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. Following will be a small celebration in the classroom. Parents are welcome to come back to the room for the celebration. Students will enjoy a small, healthy snack and paint a small pumpkin.
Costumes should come to school safely in the children's backpacks or in another bag. Mr. Larson asks that children not bring or wear masks or scary costumes. Hats are ok. Children should also not bring accessories that can be dangerous or scary. We have many younger students and children attending the parade and we do not wish for them to be frightened. Children should be able to put costumes on independently. We will start dressing/ changing into costumes around 1:50. We will promptly be going outside for 2:15. There will be a sign out sheet for any parents taking their child from the party.
